What are the top 3 New CRM’s for growing your business in 2020? This is a topic that all start-up companies or even small businesses that have been operating for a few years already have trouble with deciding. Which CRM would be ideal for the industry I’m in?  Let’s first understand what a CRM is & does, here’s a definition that we’ll quote from a business forum to better explain. 

Customer relationship management (CRM) is the combination of practices, strategies, and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving customer service relationships and assisting in customer retention and driving sales.

So far from the research I’ve done, it’s pretty much what I call an eCommerce “social” CRM. I may be wrong but the way it interacts with social media platforms and eCommerce sites is very impressive, here are some of its features.

I think a CRM of this caliber is amazing for an eCommerce site that sells physical products and has a lot of social media engagement, it’s ability to track your business and conversions seems to be what separates them from other CRMS.
